The Challenge
To automate the creation of website user accounts for verified employees of companies that hold membership within the sustainable travel schemes operated by GO Travel Solutions.
The platform back end was created in Zoho Creator for its powerful logic and reporting abilities - but this divorced it from the website front end. Automation was needed to simplify and speed up account creation without impacting the deliverability of the joining/welcoming emails.
The Solution
KOODOS used a webhook in Make.com to listen for new user account creations in Zoho Creator and trigger an automated workflow. This workflow would connect directly to the website database and create the user accounts, apply the correct security parameters to their new accounts based upon the employer membership and then use Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) to deliver fast, transaction emails to the user in such as way that they were not confused with SPAM by the various employers email security solutions.
The Outcome
Account creation (and deletion workflows) work incredibly fast and provide a robust and secure way of provisioning accounts.
